Heard the learned advocates who are present in the Court.

Learned School Tribunal has granted stay to the order dated 25th September, 2017 passed by the present respondent no.2. Stay was granted as per the order dated 22nd March, 2018. it was in M.A. No. 5 of 2018 filed before the School Tribunal during the pendency of the appeal. There were three respondents.

Respondent no.2 Sanstha has challenged the interim order by way of writ petition. It was allowed and the interim order was set aside. Though, its copy was not placed on record, there is no dispute amongst the parties about that order.

Thus, the Contempt Petition (making grievance about non-compliance of the said order as the order has not remained), this Contempt Petition has become infructuous. Hence, this Contempt Petition is disposed of with no order as to costs. JUDGE sknair
