By this Application, Appellant seeks condonation of delay in preferring the Appeal. 3.

For the reasons mentioned in the Application, particularly in paragraph no. 3 of the Application, I am satisfied that the delay caused in preferring the Appeal is properly explained and sufficient ground is made out for condoning the delay. 4.

In view thereof, delay in preferring the present Appeal is hereby condoned in terms of prayer clause in the present Application.
