Challenge is to the order dated 24.09.2019 rendered by the Additional Sessions Judge, Buldhana in Miscellaneous Criminal Application 69/2018 whereby the learned Sessions Judge rejected the application for condonation of delay of two years and eight months in preferring appeal against the order passed under Section 21 read with section 23 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005.

2] The petitioner husband sought to prefer the appeal challenging the interim order of grant of maintenance of Rs.3000/- each to non-applicants 1 and 2. It is stated by the learned counsel for the non-applicant that the proceedings are on the verge of conclusion and only final arguments are to be heard.
