Record reveals that on 8th August 2018, after hearing the matter for some time, counsel for applicants sought time to obtain instructions to make a statement to adopt recourse of filing discharge application before the trial court as charge-sheet in this crime is filed before the competent Court. Thereafter inspite of sufficient time, no further statement was made. On the earlier date none was present for applicant and the matter was thus adjourned for today for passing further orders. Even today none present for the applicants. We find that the applicants are not interested in prosecuting this Application. The Criminal Application is therefore dismissed in default.
