By these applications, the applicants/appellants
2 13.cao204.2020 are seeking condonation of delay in filing the restoration applications of first appeals and restoration of first appeals, which was dismissed due to non-removal of office objection by the Registrar (Judicial).

Learned Counsel for the appellant states that entire compensation amount has been deposited in the execution proceedings filed by the Claimant before the Reference Court. However, it is noticed that the Claimant has been expired and none of the family members of the deceased claimant appeared in the execution proceedings. 4.
As such, appellants/applicants seek permission to withdraw the present appeals and seek refund of court fee. 5.
In view of the above said factual position and the appeals being not registered till date, the appeals stand disposed of as withdrawn.

The Registry is directed to verify the position, and refund the court fee to the appellants/applicants in the matter as per Rules.
