DATED : 26 NOVEMBER 2021 This is an application for condonation of delay. There is a delay of 38 days in filing Second appeal.

Heard the learned Counsel for the respective parties.

Learned Counsel for the applicants has pointed out that the sufficient cause has been shown in paragraph 3 to 6 of the application. He

The learned Counsel appearing for the nonapplicant has no serious objection, if the application is allowed.

Having gone through the application, I find that the sufficient cause has been shown in the application.

In that view of the matter, and in view of the fact that there is no serious objection in the application, the application is allowed. Delay caused in filing Second Appeal is condoned.
