In response to the prayer made in the petition, the learned Addition Public Prosecutor Smt N. R. Tripathi informs that the proposal is pending with the State Government in relation to the premature release of the petitioner.

We direct the State Government to decide the said proposal forwarded by the jail authorities expeditiously and in any case within a period of four weeks from today.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor to communicate this order to the concerned authorities.
