By this application, the applicant/appellant seeks deletion of name of respondent No.1(i).

The contention is that the respondent No.1(i) died on 19.02.2015. The factum of death is not disputed by the remaining respondents. Since the respondent No.1(i) died, the appeal against the said respondent is abated. 4.

Learned counsel for appellant submits that the legal heirs of the deceased respondent No.1(i) are already on record.

In view of above said terms, the application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
