The application is partly allowed.

F.I.R. No.648 of 2017 registered with Police Station, Frezarpura, Amravati for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 506 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code and charge-sheet filed therein which is registered as Criminal Case No.1059 of 2017 are quashed as against applicant nos. 2 to 6.

Observations in the order above shall not influence the trial Court while considering the case of applicant no.1.
