This is an application for condonation of 240 days delay caused in filing an application for setting aside the dismissal order passed by Registrar (Judicial) against respondent No.2.

In view of the facts and circumstances subject to payment of costs of Rs.2500/- (Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred Only), the application is allowed. The delay of 240 days caused in filing application is condoned. The cost of Rs. 2500/- be deposited within a week and be paid
