The application for speaking to the minutes has been moved by respondent No.1 for correction in the judgment dated 30.04.2024 passed in First Appeal No.1289 of 2013. 3.
It is contended that in first line of para 4 of the judgment dated 30.04.2024, the sentence "Learned advocate for respondent No.1 submitted that, due to unavoidable circumstances, the respondent No.1/claimant could not file the cross-appeal/crossobjection." be substituted by the sentence "Learned advocate for respondent No.1 submitted that, the respondent No.1 has filed Cross-Objection (St.) No.5043 of 2014 seeking enhancement of compensation."

The learned counsel for the applicants/appellants has no objection for correcting the judgment dated 30.04.2024 in the manner as prayed for.

Perusal of record goes to show that Cross-Objection (St.) No.5043 of 2014 filed in this appeal, which was later on registered
23 CAF-3733-2024 as Cross-Objection No.79 of 2024, came to be disposed of by the judgment dated 22.11.2024.

In view of this, there is no hurdle in correcting the first line of para 4 of the judgment dated 30.04.2024 in the manner stated hereinabove. Therefore, the judgment dated 30.04.2024 be corrected accordingly and corrected judgment be uploaded. 7.
