CORAM : V.M. DESHPANDE, J.

DATED : FEBRUARY 15, 2021 Heard Mr. Ingole, learned counsel for applicant. The applicant filed writ petition before this Court. It was on stamp having Stamp No.5022/2017. The said writ petition was dismissed by order of learned Registrar (Judicial) for non removal of office objections, vide order dated 19.06.2017. The applicant has filed revision for setting aside order passed by Registrar (Judicial). Since there is a delay, application for condonation of delay was filed. Application for condonation of delay was sworn by Mr. Ingole, Advocate himself and has pointed out the reasons for the delay.

I am satisfied with the explanation. Hence, the delay is condoned. The application is allowed and disposed of. Since revision is filed for setting aside order of Registrar (Judicial) who has refused stamp for non removal of office objections and I am satisfied with the explanation offered, revision application is allowed. Order passed by Registrar (Judicial) is hereby set aside. Writ Petition Stamp No.5022/2017 is restored to file. Two weeks time is granted, by way of last chance, to the applicant to remove the office objections.

The applications are disposed of.
