Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the order passed in Writ Petition No.3756/2023 dated 20.10.2023 is not complied with. He invited our attention to para 15 more particularly the following observation :

"....The candidature of the petitioner shall be considered in accordance to Rule 3(2) (a) of the Rules of 2020."

Since there is absolutely no time limit which is prescribed in the aforesaid judgment, we are afraid that notice of contempt can be issued.

At this stage, learned Counsel for the petitioner makes a request that he will prefer an appropriate representation to the concerned authorities in accordance with order dated 20.10.2023.

If such representation is preferred by the petitioner, we direct the respondent authorities to take

2 105.cp.343.25 appropriate steps within ten weeks thereafter. 6.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.

7.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner undertake to produce a copy of this order before the Authorities within two weeks from today.

8.

The petitioner is at liberty to file representaion before the appropriate authorities.
