DATED : JANUARY 09, 2020 Heard Mr. A.V. Band, learned counsel for applicant and Mr. S.M. Ghodeswar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the non applicant-State. Also perused the reply filed on behalf of the prosecution and affidavit filed on behalf of the complainant.

When this Court was about to dismiss the application, since affidavit of the complainant is nothing but attempt on the part of the applicant to pressurize him. Mr. Band, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he has instructions from the applicant to withdraw the application. The application is dismissed as withdrawn.

Since learned counsel for applicant is withdrawing the application, this Court is not giving detailed reasons for its dismissal.

Consequently interim order dated 17.12.2019 passed by this Court stands vacated.
