After hearing the learned counsel for the appellant, it reveals that the learned counsel for the appellant has not preferred an application before the learned trial Court, and directly prefers the appeal before this Court against the previous order passed in Criminal Bail Application No. 260/2022, dated 01/08/2022.

Subsequent to that, the appeal before this Court was withdrawn and liberty was granted to file a fresh application for receipt of the Chemical Analyzers Report. 3.

In view of the order of this Court dated 19/04/2023, the appellant has to file an application before the learned trial Court.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the appeal. rkn

The present appeal is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty to file an appropriate application before the learned trial Court.
