The applicant herein had sought withdrawal of compensation deposited by the Appellant.

Having perused the evidence, the reasons recorded in the impugned judgment and award as well as the grounds raised in the appeal memo, the applicant/respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw 75% amount of the compensation, on furnishing an undertaking before the Registrar (Judicial) that the amount will be refunded with interest as per the order of the Court, in the event the Appellant succeeds in the appeal.

The civil application stands disposed of.
