The appellant seeking leave to file appeal, since, appellant was not party to the original proceedings. It is stated that, the entire project has been transferred to V.I.D.C. and therefore, the appellant is directly affected by the impugned judgment and award.

The appellant is seeking stay to the execution and implementation of impugned award. Learned Counsel for the appellant makes a statement that within twelve weeks, the appellant would deposited the entire balance amount.

In view of the said statement, execution and implementation of the impugned award is stayed for twelve weeks.
