By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of condition and modification of order dated 31/07/2024.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant. While releasing the applicant on bail, this Court has imposed the condition that he shall attend the concerned police station in a week on every Sunday between 10.00 a.m. and 01.00 p.m. and shall cooperate with the investigating agency. 3.
Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that now investigation is already completed, and further attendance of the present applicant is not required, in view of that, the said condition be relaxed.

Learned APP though strongly opposed the said application and submitted that charge-sheet is already filed, after filing of this application.

Considering that now investigation is already completed and charge-sheet is filed, further attendance of the present applicant at the Police Station is not required. In view of that, the application deserves to be allowed. Accordingly, I proceed to pass the following order. a] The application is allowed.
b] The condition that applicant shall attend the concerned police station in a week on every Sunday between 10.00 a.m. to 01.00 p.m. is hereby relaxed.
