DATED : 07-01-2023 On hearing the learned Counsel Mr. D.N. Mehta we are satisfied that the perceived grievance of the petitioner cannot be adjudicated in writ jurisdiction. 2.

We, therefore, permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with liberty to prosecute such remedy as is available to the petitioner in law.

The interim order shall continue to operate for fifteen days and shall lapse automatically on the expiry of the said period.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
