The present application is filed seeking condonation of delay of 2235 days in filing application for review of judgment dated 07.09.2017 passed in Second Appeal No.09 of 2004. The said judgment dated 07.09.2017 is a common judgment passed in Second Appeal No.343 of 2007 and Second Appeal No.09 of 2004. Application for condonation of delay caused in filing review in Second Appeal No.343 of 2007 came to be rejected by this Court vide order dated 11.12.2025. The learned Advocate for the applicants fairly states that reasons for condonation of delay in both applications are same. 2.

In view of the above, application for condonation of delay is rejected.
