This is an application for condonation of delay caused in filing the appeal.

Shri H.D. Marathe, learned counsel for the appellants submits that appellant has deposited entire decreetal amount with interest on 18.01.2021 with the Registry of this Court.

Considering the above submission, there shall be ad interim stay to the effect and operation of the impugned judgment and order dated 08.09.2017 passed by learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Link Court, Mangrulpir in L.A.C. No.353 of 2013, until further orders.

By this application, respondent no.1 is seeking permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellants as per judgment and award dated 08.09.2017. 14.

In view of the reasons stated in the application, respondent no.1 is permitted to withdraw 75% amount of

compensation on furnishing usual undertaking before the Registrar (Judicial).
