By this application, the applicants/appellants are seeking stay to the effect and operation of the impugned judgment and award dated 08.09.2017 passed by the Civil Judge Senior Division, Link Court Mangrulpir, in LAC No.353 of 2013. 2.

The applicants have already deposited the amount of compensation and respondent No.1 - claimant has withdrawn the same. As the applicants have already deposited the amount, the effect and operation of the impugned judgment and award dated 08.09.2017 passed by the Civil Judge Senior Division, Link Court, Mangrulpir be stayed, till final disposal of the appeal. 3.
