Learned counsel Mr. Shingane submits that he has instructions to appear in the present matter to represent the petitioner and will file Vakalatnama during the course of the day. Mr. Shingane, further submits that due to subsequent developments, he may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to file afresh.

Considering the statement made, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to file afresh, if occasion so arises. Needless to mention, all issues arisen in the petition are kept open.
