By this application, the present applicant (original informant) seeks withdrawal of the amount deposited with the Registry of this Court towards full and final settlement between the original applicants and the original non-applicant No.2, which was to be withdrawn after the decree of divorce passed by the Family Court. It is reported that, the said decree has been passed. 02] The learned Counsel for the original applicants has no objection for withdrawal of the amount.

03] Hence, the Registry is directed to handover the amount of Rs.2,51,000/- along with accrued interest to the present applicant (original informant).
