Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all contentions which are sought to be raised in the present petition, in the event, the final order adverse to the petitioner is passed.

The petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as sought.

The final order, if adverse to the petitioner is passed, then the same shall not be given effect to for a period of four weeks from the date of passing of such order.
