This is an application for suspension of sentence and releasing the applicant on bail.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP as well as learned appointed counsel. Perused the evidence and the impugned judgment, at this stage, I am not inclined to consider the application for suspension of sentence, and the appeal can be disposed of finally. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks not press the application.

Permission is granted to not press the application. The criminal application is disposed of as not pressed. CRIMINAL APPEAL NO. 774 OF 2023 1.

The appeal is already admitted. The record and proceedings is already received.

Considering the appellant is behind the bars, the Registry to expedite the preparation of the paper book, and the appeal be listed before this Court for final disposal by preparing the paper-book.
