DATED : DECEMBER 15, 2017 This is an application for grant of bail for an offence punishable under Sections 302, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code in Crime No. 27/2016. The charge-sheet is already filed and the case is already committed to the Court of Sessions and numbered as Sessions Trial No.77/2016. The learned A.P.P. has filed his reply. It is taken on record. It is pointed out in the reply that the learned Additional Sessions judge has already framed the charge against the present applicant. In view of that statement made on affidavit by the State, Mr. Bhise, learned counsel for the applicant, submits that he wishes to withdraw the present application. Permission is granted as prayed for.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn.

It is made clear that this Court has not heard the matter on merit.
