Misc. Civil Application St. No. 24754 of 2024 Learned counsel for the applicant/appellant submits that he will remove office objections within seven working days, if the appeal is restored. He further submits that he will attend the appeal diligently, even if, listed before the Registrar(Judicial). On the basis of such assurance and for the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed. Second Appeal No. 468/2023 is restored on the file.

Office objections shall be removed within seven working days from today, failing which, the order of dismissal dated 19-12-2023 shall stand restored without further reference to the Court.

If office objections are removed, process the appeal as per rules.
