By this application, the applicants/claimants are seeking withdrawal of the amount of compensation deposited by the Insurance Company. The applicants claim to be dependents of the deceased who has died in a vehicular accident involving the vehicle which was duly insured. 3.

Having regard to the contents of the application and the submissions advanced, applicants are allowed to withdraw 50% of the amount of compensation with accrued interest subject to furnishing usual undertaking. 4.

Application is allowed and disposed of.

Civil Application (F) No.2790/2025 Heard.

Learned Counsel for appellant submits that the entire decreetal amount is already deposited in this Court. In view of this, there shall be stay to the impugned judgment and award during the pendency of the appeal. 3.
