After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers I have expressed disinclination to grant bail to the present applicant.

In view of that, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file afresh after one year if there is no substantial progress in the trial.
