Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the contemnor states that the parties have entered into the settlement, pursuant to which the contemnor has deposited the entire amount as per the settlement.

In the light of above, the proceedings are closed with liberty to the petitioner to withdraw the amount deposited by the contemnor along with accrued interest, if any. Writ Petition No.7883/2017 3.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as Respondent state the matter has been settled.

In view of the settlement, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition. 5.
