DATED : 12-4 -202 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a statutory remedy under Rule 13(1)(e) of the Maharashtra Zilla Parishads District Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1964 and that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail the said remedy. 2.

The petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to avail the statutory remedy.

Learned Additional Government Pleader Mr. Ukey assures us that if an appeal is preferred within the next two weeks, the same shall be decided on merits, as expeditiously as possible.
