DATED : 24 -06-2024 The learned counsel for petitioners Mr. P.S. Wathore submits that the order of this Court passed on 4.4.2018 is duly complied with as the deposition of examination fees and scholarship amount payable to respondent No. 5 - University of the students, who have appeared in 2015-16 examination and subsequent examinations was duly complied with. He would further state that the petitioners, pursuant to the embargo created by aforesaid order dated 4.4.2018 have not admitted any student.

Mr. P.S. Wathore submits that petitioners be granted opportunity to pursue the issue with respondent authorities so as to have appropriate permission for running the institute.

In the aforesaid background, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition.

We deem it appropriate to continue the embargo

2 23wp192.2018..odt against the petitioners in the matter of admission of the student ordered by this Court on 4.4.2018. Till such period, the respondent grants permission to the petitioners to run the institution for very same stream that too upon the approval of respondent No. 5 University.

With above observations, the petition stands disposed of.
