DATED : AUGUST 26, 2019 This is an application for condonation of delay in filing accompanying appeal. Notice was issued in this application on 01/04/2019 and the respondents No. 1 to 4 (original claimants), had appeared through the counsel in this Court. It is also an admitted fact that pursuant to the directions given by this Court for depositing entire amount of compensation, the applicant has indeed deposited the amount and that the stay of the impugned Award passed by the Reference Court has been granted.

Although the prayer for condonation of delay is opposed on behalf of the respondents No.1 to 4, for the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the delay is condoned.
