This is an application for grant of bail.

After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail to the present applicant.

In view of that, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with request to expedite the trial.

Permission is granted to withdraw the application.

Considering the pendency before the trial Court, no specific period can be fixed but the trial Court shall expedite the trial as the applicant is behind bar. 6.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn.
