It is also not disputed that pursuant to the directions given by this Court, the entire amount of compensation has been deposited by the applicant and the impugned Award passed by the Reference Court has been stayed. Hence, for the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and delay is condoned. FIRST APPEAL NO. /2019.
