By this application, the appellant is seeking stay to the implementation, execution and operation of the award passed by the Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Yavatmal in LAC No. 143/2012.

The amount is already deposited and withdrawal is also permitted. In view of that, the award passed by the Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Yavatmal in LAC NO. 143/2012 is stayed, till disposal of the appeal.

Civil application (CAF) No. 1395/2019 is disposed of.

By this civil application, the respondent No.1/ applicant is seeking permission to correct the surname of respondent No.1.

As per contention of the respondent No.1, only correction in respect of the surname that Lavhade is to be mentioned instead of Lavale. Considering the proposed correction is a typographical mistake. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application, civil application is allowed.

Appellant is permitted to correct the surname of the respondent No.1. The respondent No.1 shall first correct the surname in the award and judgment. By making correction in the original petition, thereafter the appellant shall carried out the correction in the appeal memo.

Civil Application No. 371/2023 is disposed of. FIRST APPEAL NO.

1553/2019 Appellant shall file private paper book within a period of eight weeks, after receipt of record and proceedings.
