DATED : 08 th January, 2020 This is an application for condonation of delay of 190 days caused in filing of first appeal against the judgment dated 26.02.2018 passed by the learned Commissioner, under the Employee's Compensation Act, Labour Court, Chandrapur in W.C.A. No.02/2014. The reason for condonation of delay is mentioned in paragraph No.3 of the application. It has been stated that the delay was caused due to paucity of funds. Considering the extent of the delay and the reason given in paragraph No.3 of the application and in order to decide the matter on merits, and the fact that learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 to 3 Mr. M. V. Rai and learned counsel for the respondent No.5 Mr. R. E. Moharir vehemently are not objecting the delay, hence
