Heard Shri K.H. Anandani, learned counsel for the applicants.

Perused the First Information Report. From perusal of the F.I.R. it is clear that there was quarrel between the applicant's party and complainant's party. The reports were lodged by both the parties against each other. The offence is punishable under Section 326 of the Indian

2 903aba851.doc Penal Code against the applicant's party and the offence punishable under Section 324 against the complainant's party.

Looking to the report and counter report, this Court has granted ad-interim anticipatory bail on 13.11.2018, 26.11.18 and 6.12.2018. Looking to the allegations, ad-interim anticipatory bail granted by this Court is hereby confirmed.
