We are at loss to understand as to why in the criminal application filed by the applicants for quashing the first information report registered against them, the non-applicant no.2 has filed the original gift-deed, dated 11/09/1984 and the original authority letter, dated 02/12/1978.

We direct that these documents be returned to the non-applicant no.2, so that the authorities or the courts can pass appropriate orders pertaining to the said documents. The office is directed to return the said original documents to the nonapplicant no.2 within one week. We permit Ms. Manju U. Dixit, the Advocate appearing for Sheshrao Bapurao Goyate, who is the applicant in Criminal Application [APL] No.750 of 2016, to take possession

apl.326.16 2/2 of the said documents and Shri Dubey, the learned Counsel for the respondent no.2 to ensure that the documents are handed over by the Office to Sheshrao Bapurao Goyate and the nonapplicant no.2-Ku. Neeta Sheshrao Goyate within one week. Criminal Application [APPP] No.2067/2017 :

In view of the aforesaid orders, the criminal application stands disposed of.

Criminal Application [APPP] No.814/2016 :

Shri Dubey, the learned Counsel for the applicant/non-applicant no.2 seeks permission to withdraw the criminal application.
