This is an application for withdrawal of amount of Rs.14,70,059/- deposited as per the award passed by the trial Court.

Heard both the sides.

Considering the peculiar facts of the case, it would be proper to grant application to the extent of 50% of the amount.

The application is allowed.

Registry is directed to pay 50% of the amount Correction carried out as per Court's order dated 02.08.2024 along with accrued interest to the Power of Attorney Holder i.e. respondent No.2 namely Mohan Ramraoji Pachghare on its verification and on furnishing usual undertaking. 7.
