This is an application for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the appellant in this Court in terms of order of this Court. Learned Advocate for the appellant submits that subject to appropriate condition the respondent No.1 may be allowed to withdraw some amount.

In view of the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The respondent No.1 is allowed to withdraw 90 % of the total amount with accrued interest on furnishing usual undertaking to the

2 25.CAF.3900.2023 effect that they will return the entire amount in case the appeal is decided against respondents alongwith interest, as directed by this Court.
