By this application, the applicant is seeking transfer of Misc. Civil Application No.37/2023 from the file of District Judge, Achalpur, District Amravati to the District Judge, Wardha.

The contention is that the applicant is resident of Wardha having a child of three years, the other proceedings are also pending at Wardha Court. The respondent fairly conceded the application and gave no objection to transfer the case from Achalpur to Wardha. Since, the other proceedings are also pending at Wardha and the applicant is having a child of three years coupled with no objection of the respondent, a case is made out for transfer of the applicant from Achalpur, District Amravati to District Judge, Wardha.

The application is allowed.
