01] Mrs. Ujjawala Patil, learned counsel for the Appellant states that the entire amount of compensation has been deposited. She is directed to place on record the copy of the receipt of payment before the Registry. In the light of the said statement, execution and implementation of the impugned judgment is stayed pending hearing of the appeal.

02] The civil application stands disposed of.

Civil Application (CAF) Nos.4348/2019 & 2080/2019 03] By these applications, the Applicant has sought to condone the delay of 460 days and leave to file an appeal against the judgment and award passed by the Reference Court, Mangrulpir in LAC No.62/2013.

04] Respondent No.1, who was the original claimant in the land reference under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, has not raised any objection, though duly served. Having considered

2/2 the reasons stated in the applications, which in my considered view constitute sufficient ground, applications are allowed. Delay is condoned. Leave is granted to prefer an appeal. Civil applications stand disposed of.
