By this application the applicant seeks review of the order dated 06/12/2019 passed by this Court, whereby Civil Revision Application No.121/2019 was dismissed by this Court and the decree passed by the Court below was confirmed. A perusal of the application and the nature of contentions raised by the learned counsel appearing for the applicant in this review application show that points that were raised on behalf of the applicant at the time of hearing of the revision application are sought to be reiterated claiming that the decree passed against the applicant was unsustainable.

A perusal of the order dated 06/12/2019 passed by this Court would show that all the aspects have been dealt with while dismissing the revision application. No new aspect is highlighted in the review application and there is no ground raised to show that there is any error apparent on the face of the record in the order dated 06/12/2019, passed by this Court. As this application does not satisfy the well settled parameters for exercising review jurisdiction, this application is dismissed.
