Learned Counsel for the appellant states that on 07.12.2023, a statement was made that the cheque has already been deposited. It is submitted that the said statement was made under wrong impression that the cheque was already deposited, however, it is stated that the cheque is not yet deposited.

In the circumstances, correct the order dated 07.12.2023 and thereby delete the para No.2 and 3 and upload the order afresh.

The appellant is permitted to deposit the cheque by 22.01.2024.
