By this application, the petitioner proposes to amend the petition to bring on record certain events which have occurred during the pendency of the petition.

Having regard to the fact that the petition is not yet admitted and considering the contents of the civil application and submissions advanced, the same needs to be allowed.

The civil application is allowed. Amendment be carried out within a period of one week from today. 6.
