The applicant in the revision is Anil Badiya. He was convicted by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class at Narkhed and his appeal was also dismissed by the Lower Appellate Court. 4.
Thus, both the Courts below have concurrently recorded the finding of fact about the guilt. In such circumstances, in my view, this is not a fit case wherein the application filed on .....2/-
appr294.17 5 behalf of the complainant should be allowed for compounding the offence.
