Considering the facts and circumstances, the following order is passed.

i.

The First Appellate Court shall endeavour to decide the stay application filed by the petitioner in Regular Civil Appeal No. 277 of 2024 or application to stay the warrant of possession filed by the petitioner at Exhibit 9, on the next date of hearing of the said appeal. ii.

It is made clear that this order shall not be construed as stay to the execution proceeding. 2.

The writ petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms.
