The appeal is admitted by framing substantial question of law vide order dated 04th January 2018. 2.

This is an application for temporary injunction seeking an order restraining the respondents from creating third party interest over the suit property during the pendency and till the final disposal of the appeal.

Since the appeal is admitted, it will be expedient to preserve the suit property till the final disposal of the appeal.
